 Sudhir Ruparelia is a Ugandan business magnate and investor, born on January 17, 1956, in Kabatoro, Kasese District. He's the chairman and majority shareholder of the Ruparelia Group, with investments in various sectors such as:

- *Banking*: Founded Crane Bank in 1995, which was later acquired by Dfcu Bank in 2017

- *Insurance*: Goldstar Insurance Company Limited

- *Education*: Delhi Public International School, Kampala International School Uganda, Kampala Parents' School, and Victoria University Uganda
